HARAMAIN CARE - Serving the Guests of Allah The journey to Makkah and Madinah is deeply meaningful, but we understand that pilgrims and their families may sometimes require additional assistance, religious services or trusted on-ground support during their time in the Holy Land. Haramain Care by Zaky Alwie Travel & Services was established to provide a convenient and reliable point of contact for services that can be arranged in Makkah and Madinah. From assisting elderly and mobility-limited pilgrims to coordinating selected ibadah, Wakaf and Infaq initiatives, Haramain Care connects our customers with our team and appointed representatives on the ground. Pilgrim Care & Assistance Some pilgrims may require additional physical assistance beyond their standard Umrah or Hajj arrangements. Haramain Care provides selected support services such as wheelchair assistance for Tawaf and prayers, subject to availability and the requirements of the individual pilgrim. Our aim is to help make their time in the Haramain more manageable while preserving their comfort and dignity. Ibadah Services For individuals and families requiring assistance with selected religious services in the Holy Land, Haramain Care can coordinate services such as Badal Umrah, Dam, Aqiqah and other available arrangements. Each service has its own requirements, fulfilment process and documentation. Customers should refer to the respective package details before registration. Where an individual is uncertain about the religious requirements applicable to their circumstances, we encourage them to seek appropriate religious guidance before proceeding. Wakaf & Infaq Haramain Care also provides opportunities for individuals and families to contribute towards initiatives benefiting pilgrims and communities in the Holy Land. Depending on availability, these may include Wakaf Al-Quran, wheelchairs, prayer chairs, prayer mats, Sabeel meals, drinking water and other charitable initiatives. These programmes allow customers to contribute personally or dedicate their contribution in the name of a loved one. Seasonal Haramain Initiatives During significant periods such as Ramadan, Dzulhijjah and the Hajj season, Haramain Care may introduce special projects designed around the needs of pilgrims and beneficiaries on the ground. These may include initiatives such as providing drinking water to Hujjaj during Arafah, meals, Sabeel distributions and other seasonal projects. Availability, pricing and fulfilment arrangements may vary according to the season and local operational conditions. Our Commitment At Haramain Care, our role goes beyond receiving an order. We aim to provide clear arrangements, responsible coordination and transparent fulfilment information for every service entrusted to us.
